An autumn wedding full of love, dogs and fun
Amy and Tom got married at the beautiful All Saints Chapel in Eastbourne at the end of October, and it was such a joy to photograph their day. This venue is truly unique and one of my favourite places to capture weddings in Eastbourne.

Tom got ready in a small, cosy cottage near the chapel with his friends and their two dogs. The morning was very relaxed, with bacon and eggs for breakfast and lots of laughs. It was a perfect, easy start to the day.

Amy got ready at The Grand Hotel Eastbourne, which always has lovely light and a calm atmosphere. We did a reveal first with her bridesmaids and then with her dad – such emotional and special moments that I love capturing in a natural way.

The ceremony took place at All Saints Chapel Eastbourne, with the dogs joining us too. The chapel has so much character and feels very intimate. After the ceremony, we had fun confetti outside, followed by group photos and romantic couple portraits inside the chapel. We also popped over to the park next to the chapel for a few relaxed photos before the wedding breakfast.

The speeches were full of laughs, including flying paper airplanes, followed by cake cutting.

In the evening, the band started the party with the first dance, a father-daughter dance, and a packed dance floor. During a short band break, we captured some fun bubble gun photos, which are always a hit. I always offer bubble gun or champagne spray photos at the end of the evening – they’re fun, relaxed and a great way to finish the day.

Amy and Tom’s wedding was full of joy, personality and real moments. If you are planning a wedding at All Saints Chapel Eastbourne and are looking for a relaxed, documentary-style wedding photographer in Eastbourne, I’d love to hear from you.
