A Beautiful Summer Wedding at Highley Manor – Caroline & Mark

Caroline and Mark’s wedding was a perfect summer wedding at Highley Manor, full of sunshine, laughter, and relaxed moments. I photograph weddings at Highley Manor often, and it is always a beautiful venue. In July, it really shows its best side – green gardens, warm light, and a lovely atmosphere all day long.

Both Caroline and Mark got ready at the venue, which made the morning calm and easy. The ceremony and reception were outdoors, in lovely summer sunshine. There was so much laughter during the day, it truly felt relaxed and full of joy. After the ceremony, we had a fun confetti moment, followed by drinks and time for everyone to enjoy the gardens.

During the wedding breakfast, there was an amazing wedding singer who created such a great vibe. Everyone was singing along, especially when he sang Sweet Caroline – a real highlight of the day. Moments like this are perfect for natural, documentary-style wedding photography.

Later in the evening, we captured some beautiful couple portraits at sunset, and even a few more during blue hour after sunset. The soft light at Highley Manor is perfect for romantic portraits. We finished the evening with sparklers and a small group of close friends, a really nice and intimate ending to an amazing day.
